Dividend mandates

Shareholders who wish to have their dividends paid directly into a bank or building society account should contact the registrar for a dividend mandate form or complete the instructions attached to the dividend payment. The tax voucher relating to these payments will be mailed to the shareholder’s registered address.

Dividend Reinvestment Plan

The company operates a Dividend Reinvestment Plan giving shareholders the opportunity to reinvest the whole of their cash dividend to purchase additional ordinary shares in the Company. Application forms and further details can be obtained from the registrar. Completed application forms should be returned to the registrar at least one month prior to the payment of a dividend in order to cover the next dividend payment.
